Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup each: seasoned salt, paprika, barbecue spice, and garlic salt
2 tablespoons onion salt
2 tablespoons celery salt
2 tablespoons chili seasoning
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon ground thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle lightly onto beef, pork or chicken. Do not rub in.
Grill using indirect method only. Direct grilling will cause sugar in seasoning to burn. Store remaining seasoning in an airtight container.
