Ingredients:
5 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground oregano
1 tsp. ground thyme
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Combine and store in an air-tight container.

1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp dried mustard
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp dill seed.
1/2 tsp celery seed
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until thoroughly mixed. Store in container.

1 tablespoon Black Peppercorns
6 Bay Leaves
1/2 teaspoon Whole Cardamom
1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seed
4 Whole Cloves
1 teaspoon Sweet Hungarian Paprika

Directions:
In a spice grinder or small food processor combine all the ingredients. Grind well and store in a small glass jar.

Combine all ingredients; store in an airtight container. Use with seafood, chicken, beef, or vegetables.
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup each: seasoned salt, paprika, barbecue spice, and garlic salt
2 tablespoons onion salt
2 tablespoons celery salt
2 tablespoons chili seasoning
2 tablespoons ground black pepper

1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon ground thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle lightly onto beef, pork or chicken. Do not rub in.
Grill using indirect method only. Direct grilling will cause sugar in seasoning to burn. Store remaining seasoning in an airtight container.

3 tablespoons coarse salt
3 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried thyme
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well. Sprinkle evenly over steak and grill or cook as desired

6 tablespoons ground Cumin

Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly. Place in jar with tight fitting lid, use as desired.

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together and store in a dry cool place when not using.
